According to Paul Sansome, “The meaning of the letters are K or KH is for Khoản (drilling), C is for Cắt (cut), B is for Bê tông (concrete). So KHCBT = ‘Khoản Cắt Bê tong‘ which means ‘Drilling and Cutting Concrete.‘”
